There are both gas and charcoal grills for your use as well as a gas cooker, you just need to bring your own gas cylinder. There is a large screened and fenced in yard on the waterside as well as a private launch ramp. Home is so nicely decorated that it is like a home away from home. The string lit courtyard features a hot tub, gas grill and fire pit as well as lots of chairs and dining for evening grilling and socializing. From the waterside porch there is a private staircase leading to what we consider the master bedroom and bath overlooking the peaceful serenity of the lake with it's own private balcony complete with wicker seating for your morning coffee or afternoon book reading. On the other side of the courtyard is the entrance to the large den, dining and galley kitchen. There is a game room with foosball and ping pong tables for the rainy days as well as corn hole for the sunny days in the yard. There is a library room for private reading with a pullout for extra guests.

There are 4 bedrooms off the courtyard with 2 of them having a full bath each and the other 2 have their own half baths with the master bedroom and bath upstairs on the waterside. Located off of Taw Caw / Goat Island, from the front doors you walk into a breezeway that opens into an open air courtyard surrounded by private bedrooms and bathrooms.
